Works incredibly well for a injury. Several months ago my horse tossed me. I injured my knee and shoulder. Both were painful and restricted movement, particularly the shoulder. I used this machine the day I got it. Make sure you wear the glasses when using it. I have extensive arthritis with bone spurs in both heels and in both knees. Pain relief was immediate. However, it is temporary and especially at first, use it every day to provide continuous relief. I spend 10 minutes on each knee and on the right heel because the left one is not in bad shape.
